The location was magnificent and great, in the middle of jackson, it's a plus. Also, Iowa State Center was 2 miles away from the property. The room was incredibly comfortable and offered a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials...

the location turned out to be excellent. the hotel staff were very friendly. the a double room was incredible and had climate control, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a couch bed.

Comfortable beds for a short stay

Woke up in a beautifully decorated room with multiple pillow options. The outdoor swimming pool looked inviting, even if we didn't dive in. The staff greeted us warmly.

The bathroom door in the hallway slammed loudly all night, difficult to catch some Z's. I'd recommend checking into soundproofing !

Our Executive Suite with 2 Queens was fantastic! The beds were super comfy, like sleeping on clouds. The room felt spacious and modern. I loved that there were multiple pillow options too. Plus, the big shower was awesome for cleaning up after a long day. It.

We enjoyed our stay with cable television keeping our family entertained. The hotel was very cute and allowed our beloved pet. The kids loved the nearby attractions.

My kids wished the pool were warmer for better swimming.

Improve service response times during busy hours.

The location is excellent, and the friendly staff added a cute touch to our visit. The room itself was nicely decorated. The bathroom door in the hallway created some noise disruptions throughout the night, and the pool could use a little warmth for a better swimming experience. Soundproofing could be improved to enhance overall comfort .

Free Wi-Fi was solid, but the hallways were quite noisy at night.
